Agent Program FAQs
What are the monthly and transaction fees?
Our model is simple and transparent: $800 per month and $100 per transaction. There are no commission splits, which means you keep 100% of your earnings. This works perfectly for experienced agents who want the financial freedom of ownership without the brokerage burden.
Are there additional desk fees or mandatory floor time?
No. We provide a low-overhead model where you aren't charged for desk space you don't use. We also have no mandatory floor time, giving you the complete independence to manage your schedule as you see fit.
Is training or mentoring provided for new agents?
Our brokerage is designed specifically for experienced real estate professionals. Because we focus on a low-overhead architecture, we do not offer basic training or mentoring programs for new agents.
Who is responsible for signs and lockboxes?
In keeping with our 'independently-minded' model, agents are responsible for the purchase, storage, and maintenance of their own yard signs, directionals, and lockboxes. Broker will help with designing and ordering signs if Agent requests.
What kind of software does the brokerage provide?
We provide all our agents with professional brokerage compliance software. This platform ensures that your documents and transactions are managed correctly and securely, meeting all industry regulations.
Is there brokerage support and guidance available?
Yes. While we do not provide basic training, our leadership team is here to offer strategic support and guidance. You have the freedom of owning your brand with the security of an experienced brokerage to answer complex questions.
Is transaction coordination available?
Yes. We have an in-house transaction coordination company that agents can hire on a modular basis. For a flat fee per transaction, you can outsource your paperwork and focus entirely on revenue-generating activities. Or you can use your own TC or Assistant if you wish.
How does the brokerage handle lead generation and cold calls?
We do not purchase leads or participate in paid lead generation programs. Any calls or leads that come in organically to the brokerage will be distributed to agents on a simple rotation. You are expected to build and nurture your own business pipeline, and any organic leads should be viewed as a potential bonus rather than a primary lead source.
What markets does 100 Real Estate currently operate in?
We are currently only operating in Mid Missouri with the Mid-Missouri (Columbia) Board of Realtors. Our brokerage model and support are focused on serving experienced agents in the Mid-Missouri area. As a small, independent brokerage with no franchise affiliations, we are intentionally keeping our footprint focused—prioritizing quality over quantity so we can provide a higher level of support, service, and collaboration to the agents we work with.
